Aethra provides an enterprise AI platform for knowledge management, document classification, and predictive analytics. Access is granted under a subscription agreement that defines permitted usage, data handling, and support levels.

You must not upload malicious code, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All platform software, documentation, and AI models remain the property of Aethra. You retain ownership of your data. No license is granted to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

Aethra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Aethra may suspend access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 60 days unless retention is required by law.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
